Privacy notice
Last updated September 28, 2026. This notice covers the taxahead.app website and its waitlist. The TaxAhead product will have its own notice before anyone connects an account.
What we collect when you join the waitlist
- Your email address.
- Which form you used on the page, and any campaign tags in the link you followed (for example
utm_source). - The country your connection comes from, as reported by our hosting provider.
- The date and time you joined.
Visits, analytics and bot checks
This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising scripts. We don’t store your IP address. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes it to deliver the site, limit abuse and keep short-lived operational logs.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It works without cookies or local storage, and it shows us only totals, such as page views, the sites that sent visitors, countries and device types, not individual visitors.
To keep bots off the waitlist, the forms use Cloudflare Turnstile. It checks the browser for signs of automation when the page loads, under Cloudflare’s Turnstile privacy terms. When you join, our server sends Cloudflare the check’s token and your IP address and gets back a pass or fail result. We don’t keep either.
How we use it
When you join, we send you one welcome email, and our team gets a notice with your address, the form you used, the campaign tag and the country. After that we email you only about access to TaxAhead. We use the form, campaign and country details to understand how people find us.
Who else sees it
We don’t sell or share your information. Cloudflare hosts this site, stores the waitlist and sends our emails. Signup notices arrive in our team inbox, which Google hosts.
How long we keep it
We keep your entry until you ask us to remove it or we close the waitlist, whichever comes first.
Your choices
Every email we send includes a link that removes your address from the waitlist. To ask what we hold about you, or to be removed another way, email privacy@taxahead.app.
